Monica Hemingsworth & The Ms. Perfect 2023' Body Preset

Hello Everyone!
Happy weekend and Happy New Year in advance!
I hope you all had a good Christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate!

Monica Hemingsworth is a young adult VTK Model  actress with the *new* "Ms. Perfect 2023" body preset.
She's also the daughter Monique Hemingsworth whom she favors a lot.
They are like twins!
Her sisters are Yvette, Yvonne, and Shanell.
She's family-oriented, good, and outgoing.
She wants a successful lineage with her significant other, Devante  Haney.

Monica uses items from:

Get To Work (EP01)
Get Famous (EP06)
High School Years (EP12)

She also uses 12 CC by me.

So, Monica is the last of The Hemingsworths' Household and now we're done with San Sequoia! Enjoy!

I'll be right back with some CC.
I'm finished creating in Chestnut Ridge and it's filled with Sims, new body presets, and builds that I either created or renovated!
I like Chestnut Ridge! I'm also halfway through Tomarang. It's not one of my favorite worlds, but atleast it made some more room for my Sims, because I'm getting close to having 2000 again in game!
I've made some more body presets, so now I'm at 50 just for 2003' alone and most of these haven't been posted yet!
I'll do my best to speed up the process of posting Sims and these body presets for you!
Thank you for your patience!
