VASO (VTK's Attraction System Overhaul)

Welcome to VASO Version 1.0a!
VASO Stands for "VTK's Attraction System Overhaul."

After installing VASO and starting up your game, the VTK_VASO_Data folder is created in your Mods folder.
This folder stores data snapshots and a .json configuration file. The .json is responsible for switching presets.
A Snapshot is taken which records the state of your save (The original gender preferences of your Sims) so that they can be easily restored later if that is what you decide to do.

VASO allows you to choose a gender preference preset that will be applied to all your Sims in the save.

Currently, you can choose between:

Heterosexual
Homosexual
Bisexual
EA's Default which will become the snapshot that will be restored if you ever decide to restore your save to your Sims' original preferences.

Also, VTK_VASO.log will be created in your Mods folder.
This will only be useful if there are any future updates or potential VASO related issues that need to be diagnosed.
No data is ever sent anywhere.
If ever needed, you can opt to share the data for help resolving any potential issues.

You can choose the command of your choice below to enter into the console to update your Sims' Attraction Preferences such as Romantic Interest, WooHoo Interest, and whether or not they are Exploring Sexually.
For example; the Heterosexual Preset updates all your Sims' preferences in that save to Romantically Attracted to Women, WooHoo Attraction Interest only for Women, and Not Sexually Exploring.

Also, another great feature of VASO is that it forces the game to always respect your Sims' gender preferences.
So, if you create a Sim that is heterosexual, they will not autonomously use romantic interactions on Sims that don't match their gender preference or are not compatible with their attraction preference.
Furthermore, Sims that are not compatible will not autonomously perform romantic interactions on your Sim unless they are both compatible.
I chose not to limit you, the player to how many times you can change presets.
I do want to say, that it was not intended to simply be a toy to just play with.
So, you should only switch presets if that's what you intend to do, but if you do later decide you want to restore your Sims back to their original gender preferences, we've got you covered. That is what the initial snapshot is for.
Your entire save can be restored back giving your Sims back their original preferences.
This applies to gender preferences only.
VASO does not change other Sim preferences or likes; only romantic, woohoo, and sexual exploration.


It's safe, reliable, transparent, and effective!
Future updates might add more custom or detailed presets such as only changing certain households or different preset styles.

Instructions:

Install VASO's script file directly into your mods folder.
Clear the cache in your Sims 4 folder and start the game.

Type the vtk.vaso.help command into the cheat or command console:
Open the command console by pressing Control + Shift + C simultaneously and type and enter the command vtk.vaso.help
This will show you these same commands/cheats from this list in the game's command console.
