"The Grand Ghosts Trait" Mod

Happy Weekend, Everyone!
I had to remove some of the features of The Grand Ghosts Trait before posting.

"The Grand Ghosts Trait" is a gameplay trait enabled for newborns-elders.

The "Grand Ghosts" have swagger like no other ghosts!

These ghosts can seamlessly change forms between materialized and unmaterialized.

So their bodily forms are available at their convenience.

It's actually being ghosts with power in human form without the mortality!

This is the main feature of "The Grand Ghosts Trait."

With "The Grand Ghosts Trait" you will have the same ability to unlock and gain access to apartments as Emma Frost.

Except unlike Emma Frost, Grand Ghosts don't need to read Sims' minds in order to obtain security codes.

They are ghosts! They can simply walk or float right in!

Simply click on the Sim and choose the "Small Talk" menu and then choose "Unlock Household."

It doesn't matter if that Sim is currently at home or not, their apartment will be instantly unlocked for your active Sim or household with no loading screen or wait time!

Isn't it nice to be able to just waltz right in like a ghost is supposed to?:)

Note: Sometimes other interactions cancel it, but you'll know when an apartment has been unlocked when the active Sim goes near their neighbor and knocks on the air as if they are knocking on a door.

Then look for their apartment and you'll notice it standing out with lights on as opposed to the other apartments that are hidden.

Confident Ghost Autonomy

Energized Ghost Autonomy

I didn't want potential friends to be immediately afraid of The Grand Ghosts, so I didn't add any fear broadcasters.

Trust me; enough interactions are available to make mortals afraid.

Some things I found unnecessary for my Grand Ghosts that are applicable to regular ghosts are:

Sleep Desire - Grand Ghosts can choose to sleep, but dont have to.

Sleepy Walkstyle - Not relevant and is blocked.

Scare Sleeping - Not relevant and is blocked.

Embarrassed - I can't think of anything a ghost should be embarrassed about; so I blocked that emotion.

Awkward - Not relevant and is blocked.

Feeling Guilty - I get it; reflecting on past life might cause a ghost to feel guilty; but that would just interfere with a good haunt! :) (blocked)

Hydrophobia - Even if they drowned and became a ghost, this fear is blocked if they are a Grand Ghost.

Also, any other fears that I think a ghost might look ridiculous experiencing.

Ghosts are supposed to spread fear; not be cowering in fear like mortals.

But if they do, some of my Grand Ghosts might come around and make fun of them.

Grand Ghosts also have Slip Immunity.

Man, it's fun watching those regular ghosts slip on those puddles!:)

Grand Ghosts don't have to worry about need decays.

Grand Ghosts come with these traits:

Is Ghost

Fearless

Forever Fresh

Forever Full

Never Weary

Steel Bladder

plus a handful more!

When bringing a Sim with The Grand Ghosts Trait into live mode, you'll receive enough funds to buy a nice home and your Sim will be a floating ghost.

You can select the "Grand Ghost Actions/Interactions" menu; then select the "Change Into Human Bodily Form" to make your ghost look normal.
They will still be a ghost and have all of their other traits.

Now, you can level them up if you desire and can always choose the same menu and select "Change Into Ghost Form" to seamlessly switch back to ghost form whenever you desire.

I made it a gameplay trait so that you can enjoy it with multiple similar traits and to reduce the amount the game picks it for random Sims.
So use MC Command Center or add it via cheats.

To Install: Simply unzip the .zip file, cut or copy both the .package and the .ts4script files from the extracted folder, and then paste copy or move by pasting directly into your mods folder or no deeper than one folder.
