The "Tori & Kari Hybrid Mutant Trait"
The "Tori & Kari Hybrid Mutant Trait" is the trait of Tori & her twin sister Kari Marroquin who are vampire, spellcaster, ghost occult hybrids.
I've enclosed some cheat codes for leveling up your Sim or Sims that you give this trait to if you so desire, because I'm pretty sure the game is going to start them at the beginning of their traits' journeys.
So, for all the powers to be manifested, the Sims need to be leveled up in rank and xp.
Although it's somewhat of a long list of cheat codes, I'll go ahead and list them here anyway...
For any of you who are new to the game,
First, make sure that script mods and cc are enabled in your game options menu.
Once you do this for the first time, you'll need to restart the game for the settings to take effect.
In order to use cheats, go into live gameplay mode and press press "Ctrl/Command + Shift + C" (PC or Mac) or all four shoulder buttons (console) and then type in "testingcheats on".
Once you've done this, you can use cheats.
Spellcaster Cheats
To turn a Sim into a spellcaster, use this cheat - traits.equip_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult (This should be automatically done when giving the Tori & Kari trait to your Sim and loading them into a world).
To remove the spellcaster trait from a Sim, use this cheat - traits.remove_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult
Sims 4 Cheats for Increasing Spellcaster Rank
Increasing your rank as a spell caster is going to allow you to unlock new possibilities and make your character stronger.
The base of this cheat is going to stay the same, but the number you add at the end depends on what level of being a spellcaster you want to be.
The base of the cheat is, where you’ll change the #:
stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_WitchOccult_WitchXP #
You can choose from lowest to highest ranking using points:
Neophyte 50
Acolyte 350
Adept 850
Master 1550
Virtuoso 2350
So for example; if you want to change your spellcaster's ranking from Neophyte to Virtuoso, you would enter the cheat:
stats.set_stat rankedStatistic_WitchOccult_WitchXP 2350
You can also choose which Bloodline Trait your Sim has:
traits.equip_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineWeak

Use your Sim's ID# to give your Sim Spellcaster Perks.
Find their ID# by typing this into the command console after pressing Control + Shift + C simultaneously.

Ghost Trait & Powers
Lastly, we have Ghost Mastery. When playing as a ghost, you'll now be able to level up ghostly skills and unlock new abilities.
If you are familiar with vampires and witches in The Sims 4, the mechanics are similar.
In order to get more Ghost Mastery experience, use the following cheat code.

If you want your ghosts to easily befriend other ghosts, use this cheat to make them a ghost whisperer!
Ghost Whisperer - traits.equip_trait GhostWhisperer
Your Sim has completed the Ghost Historian Aspiration!
This lets Sims make friends with ghosts easier.

One More Important Update As Of 07-09-2025:
I've updated the Tori & Kari Hybrid Mutant Trait Mod to accomodate for the transformation of your Sim or Sims after they've been loaded into the game with the "Tori & Kari Hybrid Mutant Trait".
Some confusion could result from seeing your Sim or Sims become a ghost or vampire and look and dressed wierdly.
Don't worry, you still have your Sim the way they were.
They should now be in ghost form and have a trait indicating what they died by.
To simplify things so you don't have to worry with remove the death trait, I've added an interaction to immediately remove the death trait resurrecting your Sim/Sims to bodily form.
Just click on them and choose the "Occult" menu, then "Occult Powers & Interactions", then choose the "Restore from Ghost Form to Bodily Form" interaction and restore them to bodily form and they will still retain their ghost traits and powers.
Also, they should have automatically been changed to their dark form after becoming a vampire and of course they would be wearing some random rags. Just click on them and choose the "Occult" menu, then "Occult Powers & Interactions", and "Hide Dark Form" and you will see them as you had them in Create-A-Sim with all their outfits.
Now, they should be a hybrid ghost, spellcaster, and vampire.
Not all powers and interactions will be immediately available to them.
They will have to be leveled up in xp, perks, and ranks.
I've helped out some so try not to be annoyed by how often they charge, switch form, or show off powers; knowing that everytime they do these things, they are automatically adding xp. Be careful when leveling up vampires and not paying attention to their thirst levels, because they will go on a feasting rampage on all your human Sims that haven't already been bitten!
One more thing, I don't like the game randomly giving these traits to newly game generated Sims, so I've made it a gameplay trait so that it will be hidden from Create-A-Sim and the only way to add it to manually choose them.
