I'm trying to download LWE Enhanced for QuantV Enhanced and this part is confusing me "Clone GTA5_Enhanced.exe from your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory and rename the copy to GTA5.exe."
Yes, the process is a bit confusing due to Enhanced limitations. Basically, copy GTA5_Enhanced.exe in the same location, then rename the copied file to GTA5.exe. This allows OpenIV to recognize the directory as GTA 5 Legacy, since OpenIV does not work with the Enhanced version and needs the directory to appear as Legacy.
Do lively world work with nve after the update of gta for anyone else now?

Couldn’t make it work with nve on monday. Added it to mods file in main directory in the ongiri folder. Gta enhanced. Any tips here to make it load?

Drag and drop the 'onigiri' folder from 'LWE Enhanced for NVE' into your 'GTA 5 Enhanced' game directory. The same information is available at www.livelyworldexpansion.com/installation/
