• Increased grass and plant density in Sandy Shores and added new realistic grass models

• Added multiple new realistic palm tree models, replacing the old ones

• Added a new, realistic oak tree model

• Replaced multiple bushes across the city with realistic models

• Resolved the collision issue with the bushes

• Reworked the Grapeseed region and resolved the Ficus tree bug

• LODs have been reverted to default values, improving performance and resolving low FPS issues

• Resolved the issue with the tree obstructing the Cletus side mission

• Resolved the issue with the tree obstructing the Lamar Down mission

• Minor bug fixes
