New Year Update

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! I hope we're all holding up well!

Just wanted to come with a few updates for you all! The build is somewhat complete.
The move-in ready version is complete, however, the fully furnished one will come at a later time cause it takes me a long to build lol. I know the For Rent pack is corrupting saves so should I wait for a patch fix to release the build??

ALSO, what do we think should go in the lot next to it? I was thinking of a little shopping center with like a Target, a clothing store, a restaurant, parking lot but I started second-guessing myself so let me know if you have any ideas/suggestions.

I'm also working on cc! All the meshes are done I'm still finalizing textures before I move on to LODs, and previews 

erm, I'm also working on a townie dump which I wanted to pair with the build because I get a lot of requests on my sims so yippee
