Sneak Peek

Hello!

Well, I'm back at work on the next update for PQ, this will be version 4.21. This time we'll be heading back to the greenskins. There will be some goblin content, but the update will mainly focus on an Orc (actually half-orc) female.

I posted an early design of her last week so the Nergalites could vote for changes. Overall they seemed happy with her design, so I haven't changed much, other than adding more details like scars and tattoos.

In addition to the Orc content I'm going to attempt to revamp the magic system a bit. The plan is to allow the player to learn new spells from books/tomes and each spell can be leveled up by acquiring enough of a new psychedelic/mentality enhancing resource, which can be harvested in a variaty of locations. I'll likely just start with a handful of spells to start with, but may add more later on. Still early days.

Anyway, at least you now have a rough idea of what to expect next update. I'll be back with more news later.

Have a great weekend!
