Modern Beach Villa NO CC

Another no cc build in the new world - A modern beach villa that your sim can rent. This is another lot I liked and it's right by a gorgeous beach.

A funny thing happened while I was playtesting this lot - I forgot to pay the bills and the repo man showed up and took the fridge and stove!! The audacity 😅
