Base game + Growing Together

This lovely family home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and I only used Base Game and Growing Together to build it! The two-story home has a kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs. The backyard is large - there is a little garden, a deck to relax, a pool with a splash pad, and a kids' play area.

Lot Info

• San Seqoia 40x30

• 4 bed, 3 bath

• NO CC

• $ 126,950

This was a very interesting build, it really brought me back to the modern farmhouse family builds I used to do. Hope your sims like it  💕
