Fashion Store Owners' Apartment

🎥 Watch the BUILD VIDEO on my channel

This tiny apartment was made for the owner of a brand-new fashion boutique in the Fashion District! Instead of living above the shop, they chose a small unit at 1310 21 Chic Street — because every Simoleon went into building the store of their dreams. 💼✨

📍 1310 21 Chic Street | 1 bed, 1 bath

Hope you love it! 💖 (Fashion Boutique coming soon)
