The listener could be an adventurer who is doubting themselves wondering if they’re doing enough to help the people. Ellfie could help remind them how much they have helped, and that if nothing else her life is better with them. She reminds them about how they helped her overcome her own issues with not looking traditionally elf-like (tall and slender). The listener helped her feel beautiful. The listener could then thank her by lavishing her with affection which leads to something more intimate.
