-Added workout style preferences to Activities, which determine how fast or slow certain exercise styles drains motivation.
-Added a Make Protein Shake interaction to bars and added custom recipes for Sims to make protein shakes from either milk or meat substitute ingredients.
-Fixed an issue where trying to use any of the flexing interactions without wicked whims installed causes the sim to immediately become self conscious. Now the mod is now less reliant on WW should future updates cause the mod to break.

The mod has so much lag in my game and it's frustrating because it's a great mod but the lag keeps me from being able to really enjoy it.
Is the lag constant or does it happen at specific times/on specific lots?
yes this always happens for me all my sims just stand there idle doing the oh look at me movment so ive never been able to use this mod :-(
Hey, I noticed Sims constantly does the "muscle gain" idle animation with the mod installed. It sometimes prevents Sims from doing any interactions because they're constantly does the idle animation
