No offense but, in the south we sometimes say "bless [your/his/her/their] heart" before talking smack. It's especially funny when older ladies say it. "Bless your heart, you sure are a crackhead, aren't you?" Interestingly, it's often actually more affectionate than the other examples. It's super strange actually.
