Emotional Support Sweater + WIPs!
I have a ratty sweater I wear every day. Every. Single. Day. My husband started calling it my emotional support sweater, and he was horrified to learn I never wash it lmao (he's a bit of a germaphobe. It's fine to never wash something you wear all the time, right??) Photo of my baby attached
I also wanted to include some WIPs of an upcoming comic because I realized I don't do that too often, and lately I've just been pumping out a ton of art. So I thought you might wanna see the different stages some of my work goes through! I can also post some video time-lapses of me drawing as well, if anyone's interested. Although that might just be a nerdy thing I like watching lol.

We all have this kind of old and sweet cloth that our partner loves to hate 😉
I've got a small Doctor Who blanket, the kind that is usually just a decoration on top of a bed duvet, that serves a similar purpose for me. Especially when I'm working from home and it's cold for some reason.

For me it's an old hat I got from the first job I had in my field. I hated that job, but I'm proud of the work I did for them.

I am a big time sweater enjoyer, and that looks like a beauty. I also tend to have a “The Sweater” that gets worn for years and years until it’s too worn out to function.
I had a jacket that I didn't wash for years. Eventually my family washed it, it fell apart a few days later.
It’s a sweater? It goes over your topmost layers? I presume you’re not running marathons or rolling in mud or anything while wearing it? As long as it isn’t dirty or smelly or anything, you should be able to wear it without washing for as long as you want in my opinion. Although I should note that my wife always takes strong issue with this particular opinion of mine.
My wife has a black and white checked flannel that fills a similar role. I know better than to wash it unless specifically asked to... And a time lapse of you drawing would be cool.
My wife and I have had the same conversation, just substitute "pillow" for "sweater".
