Find 'MF Ballet Barre' under Activities and Skills > Recreation. 7 swatches.
Barre Interactions
Sims can:
Practice Ballet (Solo)
Train (Solo)
Practice with... (Group)
Train with... (Group)
Practice allow dancers to be interrupted midway. They can be chatted with, clink glasses during new years, or take a teen selfie if autonomy is on.
Train disallows secondary interactions. No waving, no chatting, minimal idling.
Interactions towards Dancers
Non-dancing sims can select dancers and:
Heckle (Under Mean pie menu)
Cheer (Under Friendly pie menu)
Watch and Learn
Mentor
Heckle / Cheer will not interrupt sims whether they are practicing or training. Affects relationship. Sit and chat friendly.
Mentor: Sims who have dance skill level 4 and above can mentor other dancers. Dancers receive a boost in skill increase by 50%, or 100% with the Mentor reward trait. Mentored sims may develop the impressed sentiment towards their mentor.
Watch and Learn: Sims have the option to 'watch and learn' from dancers with skill level 4 and above. Increases dance or motor skill. Sit or chat friendly.
Installation:
Delete old version (V1) if updating to V2.
Put the package file into your mods folder.
Delete your localthumbcache file.
Download only ONE file.

obviously with the recital event, no one would win lol
Just an idea but it would be so cool if you could make a dance competition and recital event! The player could use the club feature to create a class and then invite them all to the event and select them to perform through a sim selection menu and then whoever is highest in the skill wins!! Kind of like the ilkavelles debate, talent show, and goldsims toddler pageant competition mods. I’m honestly so grateful for this so I’m sorry if this idea stresses you, I hope you take it the right way. I’m so satisfied with this alone, truly!!!
