Hold up you mean to tell me that there’s another island? Or is this a new island? I’m a bit confused because I thought we’ve seen all 4 islands. Or is this a new zone out of the tutorial like I theorized?

Matt and friends haven't been to Ichi yet. There's Nyarlothep and then the four "toe bean" islands. Ichi is the aforementioned "desert hell" where Naeemah is from.
