As a viewer, what time is best for you to tune in to any streams? [in GMT-7]

To be honest, I preferred when your streams started at 8PM Eastern (5PM Pacific) because that way, Twitch would keep the VODS up for an extra 12 hours, giving me more time to download them for preservation. If you could switch back to that, I'd appreciate it. Thank you either way.
I work night shifts in the UK in a room that can't have electronics so I'm unable to watch any of the streams, I'd normally be asleep
honestly 1 to 3 PM are best for me if i did the time zone conversion right 4 to 5 and beyond is pushing it I'm up but usually for nsfw reasons 😉❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 before i pass out so yeah my limit i think is 3pm for a full stream let's say 2 hours and something but i can push beyond because it's to fun to sto i know from vods that it's amazing so i can push it 😊

2pm is best for me personally, but any time is fine, i can always make some time, as long as waffel doesnt force me to sleep lmao
