Swn Y Mor - Gronant (Shell)

i thought i would give my patreon the first view of my next build for a change <3 Welcome to Swn Y Mor - Welsh for The sound of the sea, Gronant is a little village close to where i live

Swn Y Mor is a 3bed 3.5bath home on a 40x20 lot in Newcrest, this is a remake of a real new build house which is currently still on rightmove now for £400,000, heres the link if anybody is interested in seeing my plans for this sim build - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/93963366#/floorplan?activePlan=1&id=media1&channel=RES_NEW

The floorplan has been altered to fit the limiatations of sims 4 whilst still making it work as a family home

Cc & Tray files for this shell are below!
