Newquay Bay - Download <3

All i can do is apolgise for how long this build took me to complete. i was a little to hopeful in thinking this would be possible when we purchased our first home at the same time

This build is fully furnished and decorated with over 600+ items of cc so please bare this in mind before downloading all the cc files

Newquay bay is a 3 bed 3bath home overlooking the ocean, it has a backgarden which is perfect for family time and entertaining, the garden is currently incomplete so you would need to finish this yourself aswell as 1 more bathroom upstairs.
