Luxury Modern Beach House

A super luxurious modern beach house with a pool and private deck!

Note: If you do plan on using this build with the pool and want to place it in Sulani, make sure you are using the Coastal Basements and Pool mod by TwistedMexi.

Alternatively, use the tray file of the house without the pool.
