I found a ST season 5 bingo sheet I made not long after season 4 came out. A lot of it was pretty obvious but I really was convinced they were setting up the russians for there to be some kind of big cold war-style interference with the final battle.

I’m totally ok with how this all ended. It’s such a big show with so many things happening that they weren’t going to make everyone happy. And endings are hard look at other shows, Lost for one. Let’s just move on and be happy we had the show

I agree not the best finale but as someone who grew up with the show I loved the ending highlighting them growing up and leaving childhood behind (I was crying LOL) which is what I think the whole ending shot of the door was - them literally exiting childhood and closing that chapter of their lives
