I got the 4K version of Dead Silence though Shout Factory and it looked REALLY good for a REALLY underrated movie, in my opinion. Also, the unrated version is a scam.....those fucking CGI tongues. LOL
I’m always devastated when I realize I’m watching the unrated 👅
was not expecting ryan kwanten to be in this movie lol, love seeing True Blood cast out in the wild
i was traumatized as a child because of the Unrated version of the Dead Silence dvd cover. My mom would hide that shit in my bedroom closet😭 high on a shelf that i can’t reach
I really enjoyed this full commentary when it came out, and you did Malignant on his channel if i remember correctly. Dead Silence with the 40 minute opening credits, gotta love it.
Leigh Whannel has been a delight about this one, not holding back at all on what a terrible experience it was and how much he hated the end product. Ever since, he's insisted on only doing spec scripts rather than take a job for a studio.
WILD
Well, I guess I know what I'm doing on this random ass Thursday! I've been on such a horror kick lately, even though I scare the shit out of myself. I've never seen Dead Silence, so I'm excited to watch something new with you guys:)
