nasko just wanted to start by saying thank you for this project file super cool to see and go through wanted to ask 2 things/maybe see a quick tut on it. The BFX group how did you ned up creating those rhythmic fxs (not the resampled intro) feel like it really helps filling the drop up and sounds purposeful rather than just throwing in a sustain to fill that void. secondly how did you come up with the ms delays you had on the synth bus and drop bus? i do this just by ear with my drum tops and sometimes with my basses. but wanted to see if u had some sauce to it
heyy which rhythmic effects exactly? could you point out the channel name they‘re on? :) the ms forward delay happens because i need some lookahead for the kilohearts snap heap‘s i use for sidechaining! i first delay incoming audio back by 16ms, then apply my sidechain that accounts for fading out the audio to 0 to smoothly kick in sidechain, then delay it forward again so the sidechain happens earlier and stays consistent! 🥳 Kickstart 2 for example does this automatically using the lookahead feature!
