PLUGDATA 0.9 is OUT (and why it's huge)
Hey! As some of you may have heard, PLUGDATA 0.9 just released and makes using my Plugdata patches WAY easier and more stable! All my PLUGDATA patches have been updated for 0.9! 🥳
I've been working closely with the developer from Plugdata to ensure that 0.9 would make it WAY easier and accessible to use any third party patches (like mine)!
Huge shoutout to Timothy (the dev) for all the considerations and features he added to make Plugdata 0.9 a more seamless and userfriendly experience for everyone!!
All you have to do now is download the zip of the patch you're interested in, extract it and open the patch inside PLUGDATA!
After that, you can reload them from the Recently Opened section! Seamless!
The ONLY thing you may have to look out for is the SAFETY LIMITER that plugdata comes with. It's a good thing it exists, but for proper patches it should be disabled.
Lastly, if you are updating from PLUGDATA 0.8.3 to 0.9, i recommend UNINSTALLING plugdata 0.8.3 FIRST then installing 0.9!
PD 0.9 is a LOT more stable than 0.8.3, but there may still be rare crashes which will hopefully be addressed with a post 0.9 update soon!
