Plans for Version 0.2
Version 0.1 is officially out. The launch went exactly the way we hoped, and we’ve been carefully reading your feedback and reactions over the past days. Thank you to everyone who downloaded the game, left a comment, or shared the project with others. Your support truly matters.
That said, we’re not slowing down. Work on the next update began immediately after release, and today we’d like to share what’s coming in Version 0.2.
First, by popular request, we’re introducing two new characters: Eula and Barbara. Each of them will receive a dedicated chapter with its own tone, progression, and adult content. These won’t be short side moments, but full narrative additions that continue building the structure of the project.
We’re also planning a major upgrade to the Patron Key system. While the current version does its job, we want to make it more convenient and reliable. Version 0.2 will begin the rollout of a full profile system with registration and login functionality. This will allow Patron codes to stay synced even if the game is reinstalled or moved to another device. Supporting the project should be simple and stable, and we’re putting real focus on improving that experience.
In addition, we’re starting to implement the foundation of a relationship system. As a first step, Lisa and Mona will be added to the map as free interaction characters outside of the main storyline. This is the beginning of a deeper relationship mechanic that will expand further in future updates and eventually involve more characters.
Version 0.2 is an important step forward. We’re continuing to grow the project not only in terms of content, but also in terms of systems and long-term structure. Our goal is to make Strange Search Sister more immersive, more stable, and more engaging with every release.
Development is already underway, and we’ll be sharing progress as things move forward.
