Black Rose Hotel v0.04

I originally planned this as an ANLIS update, but after polling the community for an extra scene, things snowballed into 8 of them.

Since that was taking a while, I figured I'd go ahead and release this version rather than make the wait longer.

There are 8 scenes in total, with the most notable one being the proper introduction of Lucia, the hotel shop keeper.

The file will be sent to everyone in the tier Doormat or higher, and will provide it to the other tiers as time goes on.
