I just discovered you on ig a day or two ago and I've been obsessed with your oc's and really wanted to get your patreon but I'm like broke and a bum so I wasn't sure if spending so recklessly was a good idea for me. Simultaneously I also had my driving test coming which I failed twice before and I thought I was gonna fail again so I super depressed about it. I promised that I can buy the patreon membership only if I can pass the test and it somehow motivated me so much that I actually passed the test and got my licence lol. OH MY GAAAWWWD 😭❤️🩹 It is 2am and i was about to turn in for the night but then i see this update 🥹 and the way i am blearily unpacking this rn (entering the chat once more, here i am with ~my take on things~) 😘😋✨ Okay! Soooo we know Jaeha is the type to hide all his negative emotions behind the mask of a smile like those grins of fake, florescent sunshine can chase away the shadows lurking within and beneath his eyes. He acts clingy and touchy as a part of said persona BUT i think it’s a show of just how touch starved he truly is. 💔😭 It’s true that alcohol can decrease inhibitions, so while Hyunsik may not see Jaeha’s clinging to his arm in his sleep as anything unordinary ~ (and possibly cute bc omgoooosh the way the inner edge of his eyebrows are raised like half a millimeter as he hesitated while looking at Jaeha holding onto his arm before taking another sip 👀🤞🥰) ~ it’s actually a very important tell. Jaeha is desperate for comfort, and in his sleep all masks are off. So despite the way he pesters Hyunsik, it’s clear that Jaeha feels safe enough with him to let his guard down. And this shows on their walk too!! Jaeha catching himself when he was about to deflect and redirect Hyunsik’s question because it made him feel vulnerable. Something he works so hard to hide. And the way we see Hyunsik slowed down to match Jaeha’s pace 😭😮💨 Now that’s a MAN ✨🤏🤏 (Husband material in the making lmaooo) AAAAND he respects Jaeha’s boundaries by not criticizing him for how much he works, nor his choice in jobs. Hyunsik even recognizes that the Host job suits Jaeha rather well. And i bet my bruised bank account on the fact it’s bc he’s clocked the facades Jaeha’s always wearing like shiny, suffocating armor and holding up like a heavy shield. And omgggg the REAL, adorable little awkward grin and blush on Jaeha’s face and that appreciation in his eyes when Hyunsik also says it’s chilly 😭 not as a way to mock Jaeha’s habit of deflecting but as a way to say “alright, i won’t say anything”!!! This chapter may have seemed light on the surface level, but dig deeper and you’ll find the hidden gems in every single panel ❤️🩹🥹 And omgggg, Tiviiv, thank you for filling my pockets with them 😭 (I hope everything is going well with your loved one!!! 🫶 We appreciate you updating, especially when there’s much happening on your end!
