Then it wasn’t added correctly. Once the tray files are added to your tray folder and the mods to your mods folder you go into your library - where you store your sims/lots and make sure custom content is selected and it’ll show up. If it doesn’t, it wasn’t placed correctly
Yes, is there a name of the lot that I can search? The recent one I see is cozy aframe.

Hey, so I just subscribed and I seen you had this from YouTube. I’m so excited to have my sims a gender reveal, I downloaded everything and put the tray and mods in the right folders. But in the game I don’t see it in my gallery and I don’t see it in your gallery either. Do you think I should do something else to see it in my game? x
Did you make sure when you’re in your library you selected custom content? Otherwise it will not show up
