CC Creators to Support After the Marketplace BS
Ah, the lovely micro transaction day. Isn't it great? Not only did they release that, but they screwed up yet again, and people's MODS aren't even showing up, only script mods. I'm just, at a loss for words at this point.
If you DO update, please note that my Main Menu Overrides will be broken and I'm currently on Spring Break with my family so I'll get to them as soon as I can, but to be honest, I highly recommend NOT updating because I think this is a bad one...
To play The Sims 4 offline and avoid updates, open the EA app, log in, click on the three lines in the top left corner, and select "Go Offline." This will allow you to play without the game automatically updating, but remember that you will need to connect to the internet periodically for license verification.
That being said - here's the list I have cross referenced with friends to make sure that the people on here are NOT in the Marketplace. Of course I'm sure some people might join, leave, etc. so I'll keep an eye on it.
I personally am taking some time away from this game. I am so done with all of what's been happening and the greed that's been so apparent. I am finding myself having a very hard time aligning with this type of bullshit and as sad as I am to say this, I need a break from this game for a bit. I'm not leaving, I just need to step away because damn, they make it hard to stay.

Thank you. After paralives comes out, not to be dramatic but, I’m divorcing ea. I’m glad I never gave them a dime, but sims was such a big part of my childhood that was lost to greed. Thank you and to all the creators who kept it alive for as long as you did.

I lost all of mine 😞been playing with my mods removed for now and it’s so boring… 🥱 hopefully EA fixes the problem on their side… so that not every single mod ever created doesn’t need an up date 😳
If I would have known all the trouble for the new update for Sims4, I would have not have updated. Unfortunately, I did and lost some of the cc.

i finally updated my game on sunday (since the february patch) & i am sooo glad i didn’t wait for this recent update💀 genuinely, what are they doinggg??? back to back flops?? i will surely be playing offline for the foreseeable future🩷🙏🏽

thanks so much for this don’t know what we would do without you. i think it’s sad we have to even play offline because we’re are traumatized from last updates i was planning on playing cause it’s my day off but im just going to take this time to clean up my mods folders. again thank you 🩵
