CC Free Bare Bones Build | Plan A

Believe it or not, when I first started my YouTube/Twitch journey I never built with cc. I know, insane right? Well, I wanted to build some homes for you that showcased no cc, along with it having the ability to be furnished however you like! I know a lot of people don't really enjoy building, but they do enjoy decorating. So that's where my bare bones builds come in! I design the home's exterior, and landscape along with a very simple backyard, and you can get to work to decorate it however you'd like, be it with cc, or not!

AS OF JANUARY 2026 // I will no longer be uploading builds and/or sims with custom content. However my TOU still applies to all previous builds/sims that were downloaded over the years that included cc.

- DO give credit @plumbaleena on any social media post you use them in

- DO NOT re-upload any of my sims and/or lots onto the gallery

- DO NOT use my preset as a base for you to make your own off of and in turn upload that to any site, Patreon included

- DO NOT re-upload any of my sims/lots for distribution

Bottom line, if you use my creations, credit the creator. Just think how upsetting it would be if you take hours and hours of work to have someone use it and not credit it or act like it’s their own.
