ARK Let's Play Success & Other News
Hey everyone! Pardon the lack of messages recently, but as many of you likely know by now, we've all been absolutely hooked on ARK: Survival Evolved! The Island server opened up to all $10+ Patreons/Subscribers on 1st April and it's been an absolutely wonderful (and distracting) adventure :D
I really want to give a huge thank you to everyone who's shown an interest and has since joined us or increased their pledges - I'm extremely happy everyone is excited, enjoying the playthrough, videos and livestreams, and the gameplay! But I'm also very grateful as the entire Survival Channel is currently non-profit which means every bit of monetized interest recently just helps fuel it further and further, and allows me to keep doing this. So again, a big sincere thank you to everyone! 💕

As always planned, I will go in and out between my solo experience and getting up to shenanigans with others on the server. Patreons have also been issuing me challenges on every 5 episodes, and while Challenge Episode #25 is being delayed for #26, I'm still looking forward to all the challenge ideas and am collecting them all together for future episodes, so keep them coming!
Finally, I mentioned I was planning on doing BETA Ascension, and thus allowing ALL Supporters to join the server, "within a month" - the server has been open for 12 great days thus far and I'm looking well on track for that "within a month" goal. As soon as my Therizinos are completed, I can look towards doing Beta TEK Cave, and skipping Gamma entirely. Should be fine, right?
In Other News;
The Let's Make Hybrids prompts are back! And have been established on my new Creative channel. The last prompt was Dragons & Sea Slugs and everyone did such a fantastic job with their designs and creativity! I'm very excited to see what people do next for Land Ungulates and Herbivorous Dinosaurs next.
Meanwhile in Spore news; some may have noticed I have taken an official break and hiatus from the original YouTube channel. While this does mean a break from many activities such as the Galactic Takeover challenge (I still have all of the footage and plan to finish it when I get back!) I have still been making plenty of Pokémon designs over at TikTok and Instagram. Spore has been so tenuous for a while now, it's been very reassuring to see these Pokémon Creation shorts become so popular and people eager to see more :)
Regarding ZBrush and 3D; I'll admit I've been a little quiet due to all the ARK excitement. I have recently released two videos of an adorable commission for Bluetail, featuring Disney's Stitch and Toothless the Nightfury. As I begin to reach the more grindy phase of ARK, I am looking to give more focus to my current 3D projects, with Martechi's piece being the greatest priority. That dragon really needs to come to life!
And finally, for those who may have been wondering about my health, I'm happy to say that 4 months into 2023, my health appears to be very stable. Still not perfect and I will be undergoing additional treatment soon, but everything is most certainly better and looking better than 2021-2022 :)
