Isn’t the cost of a lawsuit more expensive than the $5 fee that was refunded? I might get it if it wasn’t refunded and this was considered as a scam especially after several attempts to log in.

It's his public comment from his personal account, he posted that under him name and I don't have to hide his name. He had problems accessing Oppaiman, asked for a refund (which I did immediately) and still threatens me with a lawsuit
