Spent shell on floor, yet she is reloading. IF she did shoot before, she woudn't need to reload. If that was last bullet the Glock will lock in back position waiting for new clip. Only logical option the shell did not eject for whatever reason so she had to reload manually. BUT if she did shoot , he certainly woudn't be siting smiling. Shoot would be too loud. And there is no smoke ...
The situation when you need to eject bullet manualy is when you load new magazine. So i think she is smart enaugh to not store guns with loaded magaiznes. She probably read about that in some rare grimuar
