Miketober III - Society w/ Dan O'Sullivan

Miketober...the return! Of Jesse doing the episode description! A truly terrifying circumstance for anyone who hates when I use too much ellipses...but who cares! The important thing is, you guys are reading this stuff, and remembering it later when you try to recall your grandmother's birthday. It was January something, I think...right?

Anyway on today's show we've got our wonderfully funny, generous, and patient friend Dan O'Sullivan on to talk about 1989's Society -- a truly gross movie with a disgustingly slow pace and a ham-handed metaphor that it can't stop hitting you over the head with. Also some guy turns his hand into a ham and hits another guy in the head with it. Or close enough. Naturally, Mike loved this film. Dan and I? Well, you'll have to listen to find out. Plus! I've got a great new game for you which is quite stupid. Enjoy.

To see our reactions aplenty to the clips of Society, and Producer Dan's excellent blurring work, all listeners (except those in Austria and Germany for some reason) are invited to upgrade their subscription to the Squeeze Louise tier today! Just $3 extra a month gets you so damn much stuff I can hardly stand it. I want to throw up thinking about it! Or this movie!

If mike had prepared anything for the show it wouldn't be as good. Jesse doesn't understand "mike magic." Face it Jesse you're the donkey of miketober. get "ogre" yourself.

The mistake these guys made was watching Society alone, I watched with a big group of people and it was way more fun. Could be a game changer if anybody who was ever on or listened to YKS wants to leave the house. (Justice for DB, shunt me any time)

So sad that the man that D.B. is based on passed away this week. RIP Mike Schank!
