JF just a suggestion but you can probably swap out the internals of the Purple DS4 with a legit one. You'd have a counterfeit shell but it'd still work like a real one and it'd be purple.
you guys talking about product scams reminds me - in 2019 I purchased a festival led jacket off facebook, so it came from overseas - it arrived and does work, but since covid hit their website has been offline and all of the comments on their facebook are about how nothing has shipped and they are a scam. i got mine just in time it seems lol
