Someone signed up for a Comcast account using my phone number once and Comcast didn't care when I said I wasn't that person and to stop calling me. So eventually I was like fine whatever and every time Comcast called back to confirm an upcoming appointment to have their cable moved to a new place I told them to cancel it.
