Bill Pulte coming up in the world, well deserved. I used to do construction cleanup and worked in a lot of Pulte developments. Even as a callous scumbag, in his 20s, I felt bad for all the first time home buyers unknowingly being saddled with the shittiest built townhomes we worked in. Paper thin walls, windows that were clearly framed poorly, destined to leak inside the sheetrock, and quarter baths where the doors couldn't fully open because they knocked against the toilet. And on top of that, the places stunk like weed, because of the guys cleaning the places.
