[Card] Rivet
It can be incomplete because it is made with many experimental attempts.
And the Fur shader used in this card has many problem in Neo and main game.
But I made it work as well as possible, so please enjoy it.

would the skin color being darker be due to the problems you're mentioning in the post? and the tail doesn't load with the character as well.
