Technically speaking, white is every color being reflected off a surface. How many people in a movie theater have to squint when the screen turns white.

I do think that, colloquially, 'bright colour' implies strong hue. Arin's thinking like he's making a comic book panel and Dan's thinking like he's talking to a normal man. BUT! Sayaka is Italian and you KNOW IT, Dan!

I get what Dan saw since the Relevant Plunger Bit was black, but also like more than half of that specific plunger was the brightest color there is
