Getting lost? What are you talking about? This is the most straightforward story ever with What's His Face killing people and What's Her Face having sex with everyone and that old guy losing his teeth and that other guy pissing his pants, I know exactly what's going on ;_;
This fic is like a 6-year-old telling you about all the adventures his actions figures got into. "And then happened, and then this and this and then this. And then this other thing happened and then something bad but it was okay because something good also. And then, and then and then."
At the end Dee looks like she’s about to slip into a coma

"It's like getting held down and beaten with words" is such an accurate summary of this story. The uncertainty of whether all the grammatical errors and plot contrivances are intentional or not makes this writing gold. Make no mistake, there's some absolute nonsense in this thing, but in between the mess are some snippets of comedy genius reminiscent of the Naked Gun series, such as: - The newspaper wasn't working - - "I had nothing to do with that" said Kira, and they believed him, because he was a good liar, and he threatened to Death Note them if they didn't - - No I will not tell you my name, because someone might DeathNote me. Now let's solve this mystery, or my name isn't [SPOILER]! - - That fact that cop car exploded from Kira's CoD knife throw, because it wasn't "knife-proof" like a previous car before. I'm definitely interested in this author's library of other works after this.

I’ve never seen Death Note and know nothing about the characters. But this story is crazy and I love it! I’ve thought about submitting some fanfic for them to read, but the stories are good and well written. So I know Dan and Arin would never read them.
This one's so boring 😑 No story, no stakes, no logic, no consistency, no interesting language, no nothing. It's just idiotic, childish word salad.
It's a soundbath of words that occasionally align into a scene.

That was my response as well, THEN WHO WAS PHONE?! and then my wife said, in a calm and conciliatory tone "man door hand hook car door" and it all made sense.
