As a Canadian i always get very confused when they say how cold it is because the sun is shining, the grass is green, the trees are fully bedecked with leaves and the birds are chirping. It LOOKS like spring or even summer to me 😭
I actually looked up the average temperature of February in California out of curiosity (I live on the other side on the US) and it seems it's average ranges from the early sixties to the upper forties in fahrenheit or roughly between nineteen to nine degrees in celsius. Not swimming weather at all imo, this is actually considered early spring/late fall weather where i live.
I could feel how cold this was. Dan's hair getting wet just seems like a horrible idea. More naked Toasty!
