its so funny to me, game grumps is what started my absolute love and joy of dead baby jokes, and the one that arin has said in the past that stuck with me because it was so funny, is the same one he said in this episode, while dan has completely forgotten he ever said it before.

I think Arin's actually technically right that watermelons aren't "nature" but rather the "nurture" of human plant breeding.

Linguistically, it is a factual thing that many Brittish accents have a "true" T sound, whereas most American accents don't. The best example is something like the word "hunter". If you're thinking of many typical British accents, it's "hun-ter". In most typical American accents, it's "hunner".

I feel that hard “t” thing at the end of words. I feel like as a Jerseyan it tends to make it uncomfy sometimes but like only when it’s in like American English. I’m so unused to hearing it then when I do I’m like “WHAT IS THAT?!”

The accent work stuff was really interesting, especially as someone who wants to voice act. It was so interesting that when the conversation came back to the watermelon, I was like “oh yea”.

My friends from highschool used to always tell me I make to many 'your mom' jokes and stuff like that, guess I just realised where I got it from 🤣 I'm 22 now and I still make those jokes and I still love them

A few years ago, in high school, my English teacher brought up dead baby jokes and then was amazed by most the class looking confused. This prompted the question “Are dead baby jokes not a thing anymore?”
