I'm looking artist and animator ~~
I'm looking to commission an animation artist or manga artist with good anatomy skills. Can you recommend some artists currently offering affordable commissions? I need to speed up my game development process ~~

You can talk to Dart on Twitter. He makes really good animations, and he likes to do a variety of animations.
