I’d go with Eminem. Not necessarily my favorite, but he set the bar too high for himself. Plenty of rappers have seen a decline in the quality of their output, it’s going to happen if you are in the game for multiple decades. His decline gets noticed more because he’s one of the GOATS. Also, younger generations didn’t get to experience em in his prime. He’s not someone I listen to everyday, but his early work is legendary
