The weight on the bar is misplaced I think, it should appear behind the bench press rack rather than between the two poles. The hands hold the bar towards the middle between the two poles, then the poles hold the bar when at rest and the weights are outside of both poles so that you can place them on the bar while the bar is sitting on the rack. Other than that, this is hot.
