Recharging Power Cells
The technology needed to recharge 3030's power cells is very rare. He has to go through less than legal channels to get it sometimes. The Dingo brothers are more than willing to give him a jump, for a modest price.
I've never been great at cell shading. This method looks oooookaaaaayyy.
