Why is this important?

Firstly, when I accept an order, I discuss the details and nuances with the customer to find out their opinion and wishes. If you remain silent and do not talk about your wishes, it does not help me to do a good job for you. Therefore, please discuss any issues regarding your order.

Secondly, I often had to wait for someone to make up their mind and decide what to order. That's not a problem. You have time to think about what to order, and if you need help with this, I will be happy to assist you. You will have access to a lot of my work, which will help you decide what you want.

Thirdly. Some frequent customers sometimes cancel their subscriptions, and I don't check because I trust them. I don't always see everyone who signs up or cancels their subscription. And it happens that I plan to set aside time for their orders, but it turns out that they are no longer subscribers. This is demoralizing and upsetting because I don't know the reason and think I did something wrong. If you don't like a commission or want to add or change something, you can always tell me. There's nothing wrong with that. I understand that you should get what you pay for.

And one last thing. (For others) If you want to receive a commission, there is a separate level for commissions. You sign up and write to me about it, or I will write to you myself if I see it. We will discuss the details of your order.
