(Option 1)

Delete the "update" folder from the "mods" folder

(Option 2)

Delete "mapbuilder" folder (GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/)
Replace "dlclist.xml" with the backup file using OpenIV (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/)

NOTE: Backup Files are located in "Backup & Extras" folder
