Just like Mortal Kombat normalized street fighting to the death, Grand Theft Auto normalized driving over pedestrians on the sidewalk and Battlefield, Call of Duty and Counter Strike all normalized gun violence. Here's some free advice. I don't know why I need to say it aloud, but no one else seems to have the sense to take it seriously. I get that MANY games and AVNs are specifically written to cater to those.......... people that are into incest. and I assume that is unfortunately a large enough demographic to be worth the trouble to developers to incorporate (sometimes just incidental dialogue, sometimes where the game is straight up about incest goals). But that clear incest promotion is an INCREDIBLY idiotic timebomb that is really going to alienate quite a few publishers/developers as "part of the problem", when some bigger scandal or court case shines a spotlight on this industry subgenre. When that eventually happens, this whole industry WILL be more thoroughly demonized in the mainstream view not because of a handful of Lolita or downright underage games, but because of a huge range of games that are far too easily interpreted as downright intending incest. That's much too much ammo found across the board. Even in the few civilized nations treasuring free speech (where laws won't be enacted against them), but distributors will decide it simply isn't worth being associated with "those types". Incest is a gross social outrage (I don't care about your experiences or motivations that leads incest to turn you on, the FACT is that it's viewed that way by over 99% of so-called normal people"regardless of consent or age, like anthropomorphic beastiality games/cartoons or forcible rape. Oh, and the "All models are over 18 in this game and nothing breaks any laws inside or outside this game" is a woefully pathetic disclaimer. Similarly, no one will be fooled by "stepmom" or "stepbrother"- the intent is too obvious to hide behind that. Get that shit the fuck out of games. Those who want incest will be able to make an incest patch. Just have the sense to make them have to go to the trouble- don't code in the ability to pretend!
